What kind of beginner classes will there be?

At Sinful Studios, beginner doesn’t mean one size fits all 💖

There will be two different beginner pole class styles, so you can choose what feels right for you:

Beginner Pole Fitness

This is a barefoot class focused on building strong foundations.

You’ll learn:

  • grips and basic technique

  • simple spins and transitions

  • beginner tricks

  • strength and control

It’s perfect if you want to build confidence, strength, and feel comfortable on the pole at your own pace 💫

Beginner Pole Dance (Heels)

This class focuses more on flow, movement, and heels technique ✨

You’ll explore:

  • walking in heels

  • transitions and flow

  • musicality and expression

  • building confidence in a more sensual style

No experience (and no pressure) needed — just come as you are and enjoy the movement 💖

Alongside pole, Sinful Studios will also be offering heels and twerk classes ✨
